For some time now we have had problems using Microsoft Access with one of our other programs. This integration process between the two packages was very important to us in order to produce reports and to facilitate other procedures within our department.

Impact Computer Training analysed our system and found the parts that were causing the problems. They then produced bespoke training material for us and delivered a one day training course to set us on the correct path.

Since our training session our systems are now working correctly and producing the results that we require. This has saved us an enormous amount of time and relieved a lot of frustration.

I have used Impact Computer Training to train both myself and my staff on the use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel. Training has been carried out on a one-to-one basis and in Group Sessions. The Learning Material was excellent in that it explained everything in easy to understand 'chunks' and as this was included in the cost of the training, acted as a good reference for future questions.

All Training was designed to meet the specific requirements of my staff so that time was not wasted going over items which they already knew about and everything was clearly explained as we moved onto the more complicated functions.

The post course support proved very useful in that if staff had any questions in the weeks following the training, they were able to make contact via Email and telephone and have their questions answered. All queries my staff had were dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.

I have found the training to be extremely beneficial in that i now know what level of competence my staff have reached. In addition, now that everyone can use Outlook in a more efficient manner, time is being saved when getting tasks completed and keeping everyone informed of what is happening.

Impact Computer Training have also designed bespoke Spreadsheets involving Staff Timesheets which compare the Hours Worked to the production rate and calculate expenditure on overtime, holiday and sickness payments. This has proved invaluable in performance management.
