A Different Approach to Training

Over the last few years Impact Computer Training has been working with local companies to ensure that their staff has obtained the necessary IT Skills in order to undertake their duties in an efficient and productive manner. The training we have provided has consisted of mainly one to one bespoke training and group training.

In the current economic climate Impact Computer Training realises that it can be sometimes difficult for companies to keep up with the training that is necessary for their workforce. It may be because of the cost implications or because companies cannot spare the time for their employees to be away from their posts for a given length of time.

Impact Computer Training can offer a solution to this problem.

Instead of employees being away from their desk and not being productive, Impact Computer Training will visit your premises and spend the day with your employees, watching how they work and offering suggestions as to how they might do things in a different way to make their job easier and to make them more efficient and productive. The trainer would also be available to answer any questions that employees may have throughout the day and will offer solutions to any problems they may have.

We understand that it is almost certain that in any organisation peoples IT skills will differ greatly, ranging from beginner through to advanced users. This system of training will mean that all users, no matter what their level will have access to a trainer and will be able to have their questions answered without having to listen to a lot of information that isn’t relevant to what they are doing, which can be the case in group training sessions.

In short Impact Computer Training will provide relevant, bespoke training to all employees of all levels, answering questions which are relevant to what they are doing at any given time of the day. We are now offering this service in addition to the traditional training methods.
